I recently bought a membership for my mom as a gift and the staff was so incredibly accommodating as she has some physical limitations. Robin was amazing at helping me get a membership set up and being welcoming to my mom. Carol also took great care of my mom in getting her started on an exercise program she could maintain. I was drawn to the Kingsbury club because of the pool with class offerings that was important to my mom for physical therapy and other classes like chair yoga because if the modifications!
