Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first time at this establishment and I want to say they have a loyal customer! I rarely write reviews but this nail salon was SO clean and the atmosphere was just peaceful! I am mad I did not get the name of the nice woman that took care of me but she made my experience amazing. I went in to get a refill and I end up leaving with a pedicure ( they have many to choose from ) my eyebrows and my eyebrows & lip waxed. I’m VERY funny about who i allow to do my pedicures. OMG! I’m never going anywhere else. Kings Way nail you guys are truly AMAZING!!!!!! I will return. OH!!! They also have some amazing products you can purchase for your skin. I purchased a sole solution for my feet and I used it yesterday after getting out of the shower. This was my first time at this establishment and I want to say they have a loyal customer! I rarely write reviews but this nail salon was SO clean and the atmosphere was just peaceful! I am mad I did not get the name of the nice woman that took care of me but she made my experience amazing. My friend went to this nails salon with her 2 year old son. Upon arriving she walked in the nail salon and was told she couldn’t be served because it was too many people. They only had two people who were already being waited on and one was under the dryer. So my friend called her Lyft and asked the man if they could wait in the salon for 4 minutes until her Lyft arrived. He looked at another person for an answer instead of just saying yes or no so my friend proceeded to leave and wait out for the Lyft with her baby. Very unprofessional customer service would not recommend.

Went in for a manicure & pedicure. It was not the best experience I asked for gel and the nail techs gave me such a hard time because they wanted to use the regular polish. The woman used the regular polish as she suggested— then she continue to put on six coats of paint so much that my nail polish would not even dry it was so gooey. I was very disappointed. I do not like wet nails at all which is why I usually get gel nails.

I had my nails and toenails done 1 1/2 weeks ago with gel and 2 nails have already chipped and broke. Never have I ever had this happen in a week. The boy doesn’t apply enough coats of polish. He seemed like he was rushing to get me done and out the door. Horrible job done! I will be going back to my usual place Wonder Nails.

Took my 10 year daughter to get her nails painted.. they were great!! It was crazy seeing her sitting in that chair, I used to go get my nails done here with friends when I was a few years older then my daughter is now. But for her to just get them painted they did a great job. We both were happy with the outcome!

Kings Way Nails is a nail salon I had been going to for many years. In the beginning the work was very good and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately over the past few years when I’d ask for certain things to be done they weren’t listening and they did what they wanted to do and then charged me for something I didn’t want. I can except this once or twice but it became a regular thing. Also they kept pushing the gel nails which I didn’t want and after a few months there was a very small amount of colors to choose from for acrylic nails. I also felt rushed out and there was no conversation, I had enough and stopped going along with many other people who had the same problems.

I have been tbere 3 times. The older woman rushes and does VERY SLOPPY WORK. I think, for fun, she sees how fast she can do nails. It shows too. The younger guy is ok. I only go there when Im desperate with a broken nail on a Sunday. (when my regular shop is booked.) They did my eyebrows too thin after I STRESSED THAT I DID NOT WANT THIN. I do not recommend
