I’ve been here a few times. They’re typically busy so just book ahead of time. The spa is super clean and have organized locker rooms. May is the receptionist at the front and is super nice, she showed me where to put my things, how to use the lockers, turned on the steam/sauna rooms for me. She checked on me various times to ensure that I was okay and if I needed anything while I was waiting to get my service done because this past time I didn’t have time to book ahead so it was a 45 minute wait so I just enjoyed the steam room and sauna room. The thing I love most is that they have women/men only steam/sauna rooms. If you want coed they also have a coed sauna and resting area. I got the sea salt scrub & massage for the first time. Anna did a wonderful job. I definitely will be coming back because of the friendly staff.

First, I must say the massages saved them from a 3 star rating. It was so good. The sauna room and the massages are amazing. The steam room is good for those of us with thicker natural hair. Use it well. I recommend it. This location is so affordable! You would think that because it’s on the borderline of the hood it’s trash but being from New York I think it’s decent.

I wish there is a minus 5 star. We have been a regular in this massage place. We never do less than nintey minutes and we always come early in the day and there is always a nice lady with glasses in the front desk. We always appreciate good service me and my husband wherever we go and tip. This last time we came in the night and there was a guy in the front desk. Went back to our room, the ladies who did our massage have nothing to do with the massage world. And we know what we are talking about because we always go to hotels spa so we can compare and also our experiences in this spa with other ladies were different and was really good. We came out to talk to the front desk guy and he start yelling and asking us not to come again. Seriously rude. I was trying to show him what the lady did to my neck for 20 minutes until I told her to stop. N he told me go don’t come again I don’t want to listen. So if this is the last massage place in the world I would not recommend it to anyone. And all the people I referred I will talk to thenm and let them know what happened

I usually go here for massages. Today would be the last time I visit this establishment. The massage therapist I got did a horrible job. Pressure was inconsistent the entire 1.5 hours. Felt like she was trying to rip my scalp off during the head massage. If your job is giving massages, please trim your nails.

Came back and tried Kings Spa steam room and sauna, did a facial in there. It was awesome! Service is still as excellent as always. Maybe I will come more often since their opening time is very flexible for my schedule.Good job.

Jesus Christ!! The best massage ever!! I’ve been dealing with sciatica pain and been super stiff so much. Not only did I get a super great deep tissue massage with hot towels and everything, I had to ask my massage therapist if he was a chiropractor lol. Every stiff locked muscle I had he popped that right out. Feel like I was floating once I got up off the table. I would definitely be back, and highly recommend kings spa. Thanks Jue!!! 🙂
