They did well on my hair but they made me feel very uncomfortable when a associate spoke about how Target had pride and they were made to feel uncomfortable because it made kids ‘confused’. They also made comments about how target allowed ‘men’ in the woman’s fitting room. I felt like it was very transphobic and the conversation was very inappropriate.

Patti J gives an exceptional haircut. I have followed her to two different salons over the last 25 years. She has had my hair so short that it was shaved at the back in a skater cut and long, down past my shoulder blades. She does what I ask her to do whether it’s cut it all off or give me a light trim. It always looks great when she finishes. My only constructive feedback for the salon is that the receptionist could be more friendly.

Worst Brazilian wax ever!!! If ur used to painless and hairless DO NOT go here. I was brought to a room where the lady laid down a square of wax paper on re-used towels then said “lay down” and stood there while I had to undress in front of her. She double dipped into the wax and everytime she put wax on it she brought it close to her lips and blew on the wax. She finishes and opens the door to leave while I am still laying out half naked on the table. I look down and I still have a huge strip of hair closest to the most “sensitive” area WTF?? What part of Brazilian means low landing strip? do not go here!!!
