I had scheduled an appointment yesterday for today at 11:00 am. we hit there around 11:02 and there was nobody open but I figured someone was almost done. They told me to pick a color and sit down. I was sitting there for an hour and 25 minutes completely forgotten about. They are completely irresponsible and unprofessional, there were two walk-ins that were asked to come back in an hour but clearly they were understaffed and too busy to keep booking people. This also happened to another lady that was there. She had made an appointment for 11:00 too and waited the same amount of time as me and just ended up leaving. 0/10 would never come back here.

Horrible experience when here on saturday morning with an appointment already made & got a full set and one of the nails fell off the next morning. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and didn’t even get what I asked for he did his own thing. Would not recommend, this was my first time coming here.

She was warm, personable and very thorough. She listened to exactly what I wanted and my nails have never looked this good!!! Thank you Vicky your a doll, I’ll see you in 2 weeks!!!

Critical: Punctuality, ValueMy friend and I had gone for a mani pedi. My gel manicure chipped within one day and has been progressively chipping or falling completely off my nails since then. The sides were lifting up within 24 hours. My friends manicure is not consistent and does not look good. We were rushing to get out of there because our appointments were taken late and it was 45 minutes past closing. We appreciated that they stayed longer but not for the rush job and cost. First picture is right after it was done. Second picture is 4 days later and my pointer finger I had to paint to match what is left of my manicure. Waste of money!! The sides were lifting up within 24 hours. My friends manicure is not consistent and does not look good. The last 2 times I’ve also gotten a sip manicure with the older blonde woman – she was so rude, the shape of the nails were all different, crocked. I had to ask her several times to redo the top coat cause she hadn’t painted the entire nail. There was dried glue all over my cuticles. Looked like a kid did my manicure. I had the same experience the second time with this older rude woman. She kept talking on her phone, not paying attention. And despite having appointments I waited 45 minutes this time and almost an hour the last time. Very overpriced, rude woman, messy, poor quality, unprofessional.
