I should have trusted the reviews. I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t had an issue until today when a simple mani/pedi was apparently a 90 min process. Super slow and not that good for the time taken. when I went to pay I asked if the price was $35 and just said ok, that’s pricier than the last time but paid and tipped with no problem and I got the defensive, all the materials cost more- duh, inflation, I only asked and did not contest. Never again. This place has gone down in the quality of service and not worth the higher price. Skip if you don’t need the attitude or the color outside the lines mani.

I had an appointment at 5:30 pm got there on time was informed that they could design my nails due to the time. I was okay with it. I had a regular acrylic set. It was supposed to be 40 or 45 in total . When I inquired to break down the price because they charged me 65. The girl got defense stating you are using two colors I did not argue back . In addition, the nails became horrible and she did not do what I asked for.

This place was so bad, that I am posting a review while still getting a pedicure. I waited 2 and a half hours or what is the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. And not because there was a line of customers. I was supposed to get a manicure, but I shutter to think what they will do to my hands. I understand that people have to learn, and no one is born an expert. However, establishments tend to test out their employees and make them practice a few times before having them work on customers. My calloused feet remain in the same condition they were in when I walked in here now 3 hours ago.

My sister lives in the neighborhood. I no longer wanted to go to to the nail salon in yonkers which is run by Asian workers who you know are talking about you and are rude. My sister recommended this salon. Happy to see Latina women and owner. Took a little long but i left there very satisfied and at home. Pedicure was great and so was my manicure. They were always friendly and respectful! Will be going again!

This nail salon is HORRIBLE!! The actual customer service and Nail quality is horrible. I’ve been to this nail salon maybe 2x before this incident. Each of the times I went I had to tell the nail techs basically how to do the nails. For example, please apply the acrylic smooth and not lumpy, please shape my nails neatly (I never get anything extravagant, only the plain square. I feel like the things I asked were very basic and they should already know). Also another thing I noticed was the Gel nail polish quality is horrible! The first 2x I noticed the Gel polish with chip off a little or start to lift. But I said whatever because it’s right near my house and they are still wearable. This last time I went to get my nails done made me say I will NEVER give my money to this business again. I came in for a refill with gel polish. The nail tech seemed like she was rushing through everything. She was about to polish before shaping until I asked her “aren’t you gonna shape my nail correctly?” When she started to paint lint/cotton etc was on the polish brush and she tried to just blend it in until I noticed. Then decides to fix it. After all of the polite directions I was telling her. My nails were finally done! I payed and tipped her and went home. Later that night I decide to take a shower. When I was showering I noticed all of my nails start to get filled with air bubbles (literally I could peel the gel polish off if I wanted but I decided to leave everything alone until I went back the next day when I got off of work and they were open. I work in the city. So I got off a hour early so I could make it there before it closed. I get to the nail salon and show the nail tech my hands and pictures of when I first got out the shower. I told her that I wanted a partial refund on the gel part (I paid extra for gel, but everytime I go the gel nail polish is horrible) she refuses. She tells me “ I can paint your nails with regular polish but I will not refund you” I’m thinking so you mean to tell me, even though your business made the mistake, I still have to pay even if I’m no longer getting gel polish? There wasnt a “No refund policy” anywhere in the salon & I even asked if she could show me one. There wasn’t one. so I then told her that I have time and I will file a claim against her business. A little while after, she finally refunds my money with a attitude because she could tell I was serious. The lesson I got out of this is spend your money where the workers are polite and offer good quality service. It’s never about the money it’s about the principle. That nail salon doesn’t value its customers. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN. Even in a nail emergency!!!!

This has to be the worse place I’ve ever gone. Let’s begin with the manicure. It wasn’t one. The lady just sprayed water on my hands. That’s the most water I came in contact with. She talked and texted on her phone the entire time and what should have been a 20 minute process turns into an hour. The pedicure. Jesus. The lady made me bleed TWICE! And got angry when I jumped and moved my feet! It was below average work and I feel traumatized. She didn’t apologize or lower the price. I didn’t protest in light of the recent attacks in NY. I will be going back to doing my own mani pedi.

Worse customer service , I understand that Spanish is their primary language . But they don’t even try to understand what is being said. They do what they want in addition , they messed up my nails and try to play it off like they don’t see it. They need new management. If you want messed up fingernails and pain , here is the place to go !
