Their customer service sucks. I came at the shop at 5:15 and before i signed up for walk in I asked if their will be enough time before they close to cut my hair. They said yeah. I waited and i watched. This man was getting a hair cut was being faded when I got their. 45 minutes later he looks the same. Same with the other barbers. They all looked as if they didn’t wanna cut my hair and took their time because it was close to closing time. Even so they shouldn’t have told me there was enough time for my haircut. Then i wouldn’t have waited 45 minutes for them to tell me their closed.

I went here once or twice in 2017. Was cut by Tony who isn’t there anymore. This place is great. Young black barbers doing great cuts for the men of color on the island. I enjoyed the atmosphere in the shop. It had a vibe that everyone was family rather than just co-workers/customers. I will definitely recommend and visit again very soon.

The best haircuts in town! I would not take my son anywhere else. The atmosphere is great. Jeremiah cuts are outstanding. This artist pays attention to detail and gives my son exactly what he wants. I also like that they set appointments so you don’t have to wait for a barber all day.

This is a true barbershop! There is real love here, everyone is sooooo skilled, so enjoyable, and so professional. The place is clean and cool, from the environment to the people! Great with kids. This is honestly a top highlight of my weekend! They can do ALL HAIR from dreads to mohawks to fades to flatirons (press to perm)!

The shop is on the second floor walk way so if you’re afraid of heights you might not make it. The shot is clean, everything is neat and in its place, frequently swept. The Barbers are well trained and converse in banter representing that of a barbershop. The haircut was clean, fast, and done well.

First and foremost good job for cutting however the customer service is awful. My son sat waiting for 5hrs beaus he did not have an appointment. One barber said something to me but that was after waiting for 1hr. I paid the lil funky $20.00 but never again nor will I recomm be anyone to this lack of customer service a** barber shop.

Never will I ever recommend anyone come here, nor will I come back to this barber shop! If you dont have an appointment YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN! My son (7 years old) and I arrived at this shop around 1 p.m., after an hour passed, one barber notified me that appointments are coming through and we’ll be seen shortly. Well, 4 hours passed until we finally got someone to cut our hair. To add insult to injury, it was a basic cut at that! If I didnt have a busy weekend, i would have been left however, this was my only free day! Wasted in this lack of customer service, disorganized, unprofessional establishment they call a barber shop. Never again!
