Just recently tried this salon and and I am very happy with their services. I would highly recommend them. Memo the owner as well as his staff provided an excellent experience that I will be sure to utilize in the future for my hair care needs. Haircut, Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts

I love the way Onsy does my hair and he makes sure you see exactly how much hair he will cut when you request a trim or haircut.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI’ve been to this salon twice. The first time the man who blow dries hair complained about my hair texture in his language to his co workers and was rough the entire time, burning my scalp and pulling my hair. The second time I went the shampooer told me I needed to comb my hair out before she shampooed me and caught an attitude when I didn’t respond. I have 4c hair so it’s more kinkier. My issue is I don’t go to the salon to do my own hair so the fact that they told me I NEEDED to comb my own hair out baffled me. The lady who blow dried my hair was rough and pulled my hair out as she blow dried it. When safwat finished my hair I told him about my issues with combing my own hair out and he said sometimes when we’re busy we ask people to comb their hair out. They weren’t busy I was the second person there at 7 in the morning. You don’t have a customer do your job and he just said sorry. He did not care. This salon makes money off of black women and they do not care about damaging your hair. My hair is ragged and rough at the ends due to the excessive heat they use. They’re good for convenience but not for the overall health of your hair. Terrible customer service and I won’t be returning.Service: HairstylingI’ve been to this salon twice. I will be coming here often. Only women work here, but they move a steady pace. They have reasonable prices $40.00 for a wash and set and $50.00 for natural hair. Best part it’s right up the street from my house.

If this is the nail salon, the end result was satisfying. I haven’t been in years so, of course, the price was extremely high to me (over $90), especially for the design I chose but, I appreciate the service. Thanks!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueGot my hair done at 3:00 pm by 9:00 pm my hair was puffy and my curls fell. I went in the next day to show them my hair and they tell me they will fix it but it will cost $20 and the curls fell because my hair is soft. NEVER AGAIN… $50 wasted. I wish I can give them zero stars.Service: Hairstyling

This was my first time here, the staff was nice but my hair didn’t last. I came in Friday evening and by the next day after unwrapping my hair, it poofed up! My hair is really thick and I wished they used some type of serum or spray to get it straighter. I do feel like I wasted my money because I’ve been to the Egyptians where they really pressed my hair out and got it silky.

They do a good straightening my hair, but they can be pricey. The convenience is best although the upscale black beauty salons do better hair and practice better hair care. I come here when I’m in a rush or Sunday/ Monday. Convenience is key!
