Very satisfied! I typically stand by the reviews before visiting an establishment, but I went with my gut and gave this place a chance. After my experience, I have to say it’s one of the best barbershop experiences I’ve had in Kansas City. I stumbled upon this location one day and let me tell you I am finally relieved I’m done searching. I have been going barber shop to barber shop trying to find the right fit for my son. I stumbled upon this location one day and let me tell you I am finally relieved I’m done searching. I can’t believe it took him an hour and a half to cut my hair when from the beginning I told him I want it Too short I want to see my skin and it still took time and I made him cut it three times.I did not like how he left my hair, he need to put more attention next time, and stops watching television when he does his job, irresponsible and unprofessional.I definitely did not come back and I recommend that you lower the volume on the television or turn it off if you want to do a good job. and another thing put a sign that they do not accept cards because I did not have cash and I had to leave my phone to go and get some Cash
