Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe barbers at this place can NOT cut hair!! If you want a good hair cut go elsewhere! It took over an hour for them to finish. Two different barbers, two equally as horrible haircuts. On top of that prices are ridiculous! $30 This place should not be in business at all! Gave this shop an opportunity this morning because my regular barber couldn’t take me yesterday. Got a good haircut. Really nice job. Very professional. Customer service oriented. Had good conversation. The only thing that I didn’t like was the price. $30 for a fade! I didn’t notice the sign so I guess that’s my fault. The barber gave me a break, he charged me $25 because I didn’t get the top done. I felt bad because I wasn’t able to give him a tip. I mean I was handing him a twenty and telling him to keep the change thinking it was $15,$16. Had I noticed the sign, I would’ve kept it moving. Again my mistake. Live and learn. I’m not used to asking “how much” before I sit down. Guess I need to when I don’t go to my regular. Mid-town-Manhattan price in a small town. I would only use this place in an emergency situation and that’s only because of the job that my barber did and his customer service.
