I had the worst experience here ever. They are very rude, they don’t listen to what you want, my nails are lumpy & not what I wanted, I told her I want long nail & they are not long at all, then she tried to charge me for long nails after not doing them long. I don’t mind paying for a service if it’s getting done the right way, but I’m not gonna pay for a service you didn’t do, there is acrylic underneath my nail & it was hurting my skin so bad I had to clip it, they didn’t do cuticle oil (which they always do & is included in the service) I did go in at 6 pm we had an appointment & maybe that’s why it was a rushed service, but she only did one coat of nail Polish (gel) & you can still kinda see through the paint, she was very rude & I feel like she didn’t listen to what I was wanting & then made it seem like it was my fault for not being specific when I showed her a pic on exactly what I wanted. I didn’t get her name by any chance. They charge for every little detail, which is just not necessary in my opinion, like the nail polish on the side to go up the nail a little more is 5 dollars more (I got red French tip ) there is some acrylic on my skin & there’s missing acrylic on my nails as well where she didn’t get my whole nail

I came here on Thursday for a pedicure and when I tell you it was the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life!!! I had a margarita and wine with a nice (non rushed) massage and it was thorough! I had to leave a good review because my pedicure actually last and I didn’t feel rushed or just another customer. She even massaged my knees!! I will definitely be returning!

I had gone there a few times and received average service. I tend to get a fairly basic acrylic mani and pedicure. The last time I went Vivian rushed to get my nails off, and instead of drilling or soaking, she manually pulled them off. Many were lifting anyway. When I told her my thumb was hurting she continued to pry the nail off against my wishes. She botched my nail and ripped it off. It was sooo painful and maddening especially since I had already told her to stop. They try to work too fast and do things like this!!!!

Lady rushed me out of the chair without my nails drying and gave me the temporary sandals the broke immediately after walking out which not only messed up my nails but I stood outside unable to move until my toes dried. She also did not give me a full pedicure and when I asked why she didn’t clean under my nails and other things, she told me that she did. Insisted that I was not paying attention. The lady that did my daughter’s nails did an awesome job

I love this place. Lynda always has my eyelashes on fleeeeek. Citi has done them before and she did a good job too. I also get my pedis here and they make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. Also, the girls at the front are always very helpful and nice. They made me feel comfortable my first time there and every time i’ve been back! 10/10 recommend. ❤️
