Brought myself and 3 of my kiddos here for manicures and pedicures. Youngest is 3yo and they were very good with her. Wish that they had a kids pedicure chair so her feet could have reached the water. But, she thoroughly enjoyed her time there and they did a great job on all our nails. They got us all in quickly without an appt and we were done much sooner than I had expected. Super happy we found a great salon nearby the house that we can come back to!

As a first time customer I’m always a little nervous but they did not disappoint. From the friendly greeting when I came til the end is was a great experience. They did a thorough job removing the old powder dip with no mess on my hands to the beautiful job on my nails. Tony did my nails and was meticulous. They further explained if I have any issues with my nails in the next two weeks they will repair free of charge. I think I have found my new nail salon.

Awesome awesome awesome!!! This salon is so clean the ambience is fantastic the staff is polite and communicative. Vivian did an amazing job took her time pampered me the way that I like. She did a meticulous paint job didn’t have to take a paint brush and acetone and wipe off excess polished like so many places here in Ottawa. They offered me a cold Coke nice massage chairs and hot delicious water with good polish. I had my eyebrows waxed the young lady did a beautiful job.

King and Vi are no longer there and it shows. Employees more concerned about phones than doing nails. The tech I had burnt my nails with the drill, nails are different shapes, had to pick off dip and gel top coat from skin, and when he was finished the tech just got up and walked away. Will not be going back. Third time I’ve tried this place since King and Vi have been gone.
