Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They told me and my two cousins they could take 3 appointments for a dip manicure. When we got there, we all got our previous polish removed and then only 2 of us began getting our manicure. The third person waited an hour before they were able to get their nails done in which she chose to go elsewhere. My nails and my cousins nails turned out HORRIBLE. Typically you get your finger nail dipped 3 times. The guy going my nail dipped them each about 15 times. He never asked for the shape of my nails that I wanted. Even worse, he cut me on almost every finger. When he would go to file near the cut, I said ow and he didn’t even stop. It was so painful. I paid $55 for the worst manicure ever. The mani pedi was nice but no message. The owner so over booked people that when they came in there were 6 people booked for noon and only 4 workers and they were with other clients.
