We understand that Safety and Sanitation are non-negotiable. Our implements are medically sterilized and disinfected after each use. Buffers and files are used only once then discarded. All pedicure procedures are done with liner protection. And staffs are trained to follow a proper sanitation protocol that puts clients hygiene as the number one priority.

If I could rate this business zero stars I would!! This is the first worst nail service here in Pearland. If you can please avoid this place please do. My nail technician was the worst. All I asked my nail tech to be careful with my nails because I have a sensitive nailbed and sensitive cuticles. He was treating my hands like it was a manikin hand going full force on my nail beds and my cuticles which he ended up cutting and giving me a deep cut on my middle finger. And the manger did nothing about it. He wanted to charge me over $100 to finish my service. All the sudden they were the victims. Nail services want customers to be silent not to complain about anything. Every customer has the right to speak up about their faults because we are the ones paying for our service. This was the worst experience ever!! Please save your money and go somewhere else where they are going to give the respect that you deserve.

I really loved my time at the spa. They were even accommodating and made sure my friend and I got to sit together en though they were busy. I had Sony doing my pedi and I let him pick the color. He chose well. Then Amber killed my powder nails. She was highly skilled in shaping them and not making them too thick and bulky on my real nail. Looking forward to coming back.

SO annoyed and frustrated with the service I received here today. I went to get nails done for my graduation and worked with Ashley. At first I asked Ashley if she were open to having creative freedom with nails and she said no, she prefers a photo reference. So I said no problem and provided a photo. Then, she changes her mind and asks if she can do black and white. I say sure, just substitute the black for red. She then starts working on my nails and hurts me multiple times, pushing too hard on my nails. It was VERY obvious she was rushing. By the end, I didn’t even realize she was done. She had decided to abandon the freestyle she wanted to do and did a poor job on her own of a lazier, watered down version of what I initially asked for. If she wanted creative freedom, that’s fine. But she did not bother to inform me that she would be changing her mind again. And if she was going to do nails like this and not do what she had intended, she should have done the design I asked for to begin with. I didn’t even know she was done until I asked “is that it?” but by then she had already snatched my ticket and was seating the next person. I went with a friend who got a more complex design and an additional color and still ended up paying more ($70). I walked in with high expectations from these reviews and now I hate these nails that I’m stuck with for graduation. Attached is what I asked for versus what I got.
