I can see why this place has mixed reviews. They are very talented and do a great job. I have noticed some of the colors I have gotten do not stay opaque, but maybe it is just my color choice. The customer service there is not great but I do not mind, I prefer for no one to talk to me when I get my nails done. If you prefer a relaxing and fancy place go somewhere else. I personally go here because they do not talk a lot and just do a great job with nails. They have never cut me or damaged my nails. In fact I let them know that I had surgery on a finger and they were extra careful. Also plan to be here for a long time, they do have a lot of customers but it is worth the wait in my opinion. They do a great job, you can show them any picture and they can recreate it! Just ask how much it is and be prepared to pay 45+ but yes it is worth it. I have been satisfied every time.

Highly recommend kingNails, the wait is with no doubt worth it. It’s extremely busy for them because that’s how good they are (2-4 hours), quality. Now, is it expensive, NO, I say it’s well worth its price, perfection will never be cheap.Get that clear. Pedi, also, wow! I like the six steps, and again, perfection matches its price, so don’t be cheap customers. Want to love your nails every time you look at them? Come here ! And be patient, that once’s is your turn, you will be treated like you are the only customer there

Honestly it doesn’t even deserve the one star. I went for a full set of nails about a month ago, I had to go out of state. So I go for a refill and the OWNER tells me that they don’t do someone else’s nails. I tell him that I did them there, he yells and say that I’m lying. So I go to the gentleman that did my nails and asked him , is this your work and I showed him my nails, and he says yes..by then I’m upset and embarrassed, because he said that in front of customers. I guess what it boils down to, is that he wanted to charge me for a full set and not a refill. BAD BUSINESS. Definitely not going back, and definitely not recommending! The person that did my nails has no fault in my rating. It’s the OWNER!

Got a set put on looked great. Pricing said 45 and up..got short round, only black tips painted charged me 65. Went back for a fill in showed up at 9:45..they open at 9:30..waited 2 hrs and walked out..ridiculous. rather rip them off or paint over them. Didnt think id need half a day to get a fill. And not one person spoke to anyone who was waiting..ever

I never go to this place because I’ve heard nothing but bad things and it’s true, I got short one color nails for 50 DOLLARS, extremely overpriced. I waited over an hour and now I have an infection or some sort of gunk because of the type of nail glue they used. Never again using this place, when getting shellac on my toes it isn’t opaque it’s always patchy.

worst place ever, waited for 3 hours and no ever helped, they kept skipping me. i ever told the owner and said i’ve been waiting can i go next cuz there was no one there and he said i have my own clients already, so i just walked out.

I went in sometime ago and never again, because the guy doing my nail glued on my nail crooked and was going to leave it like that. I waited to see if he was going to do anything about it, but no. So I said something and he acted like he didn’t notice it. All he did was trim it to fit the size of the other nails.

I purposely removed my polish at home so that they would not have to do this. I expressed to the nail technician that I did not want him to use the machine on me. He gave me the option of leaving because that’s what they have to do – sand the nail!My nails are thin and brittle. I finally got them at a healthy place and I have had other salons be more careful and understanding about not wanting to use the electric sander. I asked the owner if he could please ask the technician and he said all nails need the electric sander.This is the only nail salon in Donna. So sadly, this place makes it because there are no other options.Reconsider giving them your business.
