I went to them the first time in August and I had the best experience. The girls were very nice and quick but my nails came out incredible. I paid $64.40 for my full set, extremely reasonable and they did so good and I was so happy. I went back today for a simple fill in with gel polish and they had to fix one broken nail. On the website and in the salon it says $25 and up for fill with $15 extra for gel. I was completely shocked when I left today paying $63.40 for a fill, a dollar less than my full set I got. I questioned what I was charged for and they began listing off all the extra things they charge you for – such as “longer length” when my nail is less than an inch above my finger tip, the cut down that they took barely anything off of, my rounded shape, my broken nail (which I expected of course). None of the other charges besides the broken nail was ever explained to me. I used to get my nails extremely long with designs and paid less than what I paid today. I referred a coworker to them who gets longer nails and designs and leaves paying 20 dollars less. When I expressed my confusion on price they gave me a list of excuses. I truly just feel as though I was unfairly charged. It makes me sad because I thought I finally found my every 2-3 week nail salon but unfortunately I won’t be returning if I’m supposed to pay the same amount for a full set every time. most unfriendly place to get ur nails done now. Customer service sucks. Ans was charged $45.50 for a fill in with clear gel polish. Crazy never said that’s goin to be regular price. I felt like that’s something they shouldn’t let me make a decision automatically charging. Maybe they should start paying before you lay the color supposed to know how much they’re going to pay before they get a certain polish because that was very outrageous for $15 for a clear gel polish I can see. 5 but 15. Asked for a classic manicure (17.00) with matte nail color. Went to pay bill and was told it’s 41.00 due to matte color. Was never advised in advance that matte is considered gel and would be more for it. All I wanted were my natutal nails shaped and painted. Total rip off, doing a service I didnt ask for without permission and then charging me so much more! Will not be returning.

The environment here is very clean and comfortable, which makes me feel very comfortable. Kim has done a good job with nails, making my originally wide nail surface very slender. Kim Has been doing my nails for years i love them every time this is my first time at his new location and its very clean, beautiful decorations, professional massage chairs, and i recieved a kings signature pedicure with two acrylic overlays on my big toes, it was nothing short of amazing! they have every color you can think of for your nails. they also have swarvoski crystals. will definitely be returning 😉

Had dip done yesterday and she didn’t use any tools to go around the edges or to smooth them just dip and the orange buffer… then put some mirror shine and let me tell you they look matte no shine and rough…. For just opening I’d suggest relearning how to apply Dip powder! The workers were very nice and clean place…. Dip powder
