Critical: Professionalism, QualityStaff is rude and short with customers. They also for some odd reason don’t do pedicures anymore!!?! When I asked why they had pedicure stations/ tubs..she responded by saying” um.. they’re just there”. I thanked her and walked out.. the bad part is I drove up from Bridgeport CT just to bring my wife here..bad business..wow

I really like this nail salon, I think they are great with designs and always making it look good. I like the younger girl who does it but she takes a very long time, and the one who is older, she is very good and very fast. Personally, I like this nail salon, I just don’t come here anymore because I moved and now it’s too far and I don’t usually have time to sit and wait anymore. But I would still recommend if you have time to blow and you want your nails to look fly.

You know, sad thing is that Lani does do good nails, HOWEVER – she is RUDE. Pulls on customer hands instead of asking to just move arm or hand, not friendly (warm) at all, so because of that I would prefer to pay $5 or $10 more and have a friendly relaxing experience! Try Number 1 Nail – S Broad st – Howard is much nicer =0)

Nails are always done beautifully and they last….they also do acrylic on toes and it’s hard to find places that do that

They’re really rude, they don’t greet people when you go in, they don’t even ask what you’re there for. They do nice nails and eyebrows but the service just absolutely sucks.
