I received toe nail fungus from King’s Nail Spa. I have frequent this Spa specifically for pedicures for over five years. The manager was informed about the issue , and promised to take care of my Full Recovery Expenses , and only paid partial.

Everything was nice and clean. They made rounds with hand sanitizer frequently. There was also a barrier between me and the nail techs and they did my mani and pedi separately as opposed to two people working on me at once. Very satisfied and my feet were so happy!!

I was not satisfied with the service I payed for. It’s a son and mother that both did my nails, which the son put on the acrylic very thin which a nail snapped off the day after followed by two more nails. The mother sounded angry speaking in her language and another customer asked if everything was okay I stayed quiet and felt uncomfortable. NEVER!! Will go there again. If they see you have left over change and dont get their other services they start communicating in their language and give you cheap service. Why should I be pressured to get my eyebrows done if I only go to 1 person.
