I got Clay as the barber the first time I went to the shop on Boxing Day and he was fantastic. The wait was about 30-35 minutes, but I spent most of that shopping elsewhere in the mall. Clay was efficient and did a great, clean haircut. Reasonably priced too.

Absolutely terrible service from Kevin, who having our appointment for my son and I and while we were sitting waiting, simply passed another person first without telling us not to explain anything to us and when we asked him he told us that since we had canceled another time he was going to attend to Another person first, totally unacceptable. I mean, does this hairdresser punish clients who, for some reason, cancel an appointment? In addition to this, on another occasion he went to eat and left us waiting for more than an hour. We will never go to this store again, terrible service and terrible attention from the hairdresser KEVIN.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent to get a haircut simple fade and cut some hair from the top my barber left the marks of the razor all over my forehead unevenly cut my hair and the lineup he did was way to up. This place used to be good actually a great place to get a haircut now it’s standards has dropped way below reasonable not coming here again will not recommend it to no one else and the cut he left from the razor on my head are burning and still have been burning for the past 6 hours it’s 11:44 and I got a cut around 4:30ish and I asked for a fade with a #2 my hair doesn’t look like that. Went to get a haircut simple fade and cut some hair from the top my barber left the marks of the razor all over my forehead unevenly cut my hair and the lineup he did was way to up. I’m not sure what the bad reviews are all about. This place is legitimately a quality barbershop. Especially one for being in the middle of a mall, go to Marcos he’s the definition of a adequately trained barber with top notch intentions to making you look your best. Haircut

Signed in a little after 7. If they didn’t want to take me they should have said so right away. Guy told me I’m the last customer of the day. Fine. Really need haircut. I asked how long. He said don’t know. 4 barbers working so thinking shouldn’t be too awful. OVER AN HOUR LATER still waiting. Asked again how long. Guy says I think you’re next. Fine. 2 of the barbers are preparing to leave. The barber I would be getting I notice has not been sanitizing his tools in between customers. Finally left.

Worse experience ever. Yesterday I took my son to have a haircut. We had waited for over an hour watching a particular barber take him time on one client which in fact was very reassuring because I was hoping he would be the one doing my son’s hair. I was right, he was the one to cut my son’s hair.. I explained what I wanted, only for my son to sit on the hair and literally under 5 mins the barber had said he was done.

Me and my husband got here, put his name on the list. Both waiting patiently as others were too. Some dude came in asking for a hair cut and how long it’ll take blah blah blah. As soon as a barber open up he gets the chair? How the heck does he get in the chair when others are waiting and we were waiting? How did he magically jump in front of all these people ahead of him and that were waiting more then him? This some bull. Others got things to do as well. It’s not fair someone who comes in gets the chair. They something else. Very upsetting.
