Critical: ProfessionalismMy son has had his hair done by Tracy for years. They do a wonderful job. However, we just walked in for my son’s appointment and we’re greeted with hostility. Apparently there were two appointments for my son today, 10am and 5pm. When I scheduled online I requested and got a confirmation for 5pm. Tracy, I’m sorry you had a rough day with 3 no shows. I showed up for my son’s appointment at exactly the time I scheduled for. Your rude words and attitude just cost you a customer. Life is hard enough. Being rude to people is not good for business. I tried booking two different times, both times the appointments got canceled. The first time I believe his name was Adam at least he did explain why. The second time was with the barber. He just canceled didn’t even explain why. I’m done trying guess I will find somewhere else
