I wasn’t too sure how I was going to feel about this place when my husband told me he found me a massage here, because of the reviews. This is exactly what I needed! I asked for Swedish massage and that’s exactly what I got. She even double checked with me to ensure I was alright, I can’t handle any deep massages. I will be going back.

Worst massage I’ve ever gotten! My partner called beforehand and let them know that I was 21 weeks pregnant and unable to lay on my stomach or back. They stated that they could accommodate. Once we arrived, they did not have any accommodations for me at all. I had to lay on my side. When the woman was massaging my back, it felt as if she was simply rubbing lotion on my back for 30 minutes. Despite asking for more pressure, she continued to just rub lotion on my back. It became uncomfortable and I had to ask her to move on to my arms and legs. Even this was not a satisfying time. The woman was demanding about me laying on my back (which should.not be done at 21 weeks pregnant). I had to very stern with her that I would not be laying on my back. Also, My partner was in the next room (despite couples massages being advertised as being in the same room).

From 1 the lowes to 10 the highest, The was 6 room was small way small no actual place to put my clouds I had to put it on the floor, the massage it self was poor, I honestly think it deserves a solid 6 for te quality and the skill of the masseuse therapist, customer service was a big 3 she show no intrest as she was more intrested in her phone when I was on my way out, (she had a teenager attitude) the place seems clean but there was a lady eating and the reception was smelly, NOT coming back.

Just had a massage here and was average. They moved my appointment to 30 mins later at last minutes. I had to sit in a complete silent room with no music at all and no water offered. Just sit there listening to doors slam every few minutes. Then came the massage, the bed was not heated and no blanket offered. Just a piece of thin towel cover your mid-body …… Also, don’t bother to give them feedback afterward. Because they don’t care. I had much better experience else where on the Eastside for the same price.
