Worst cut I have ever received in my life. She was very rude and after showing her the cut I wanted it was nothing like it. She used a razor to cut my hair and not scissors. She cut my length and rushed through the cut. After the cut I told her it was nothing like I asked for. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. She responded with you asked me to fit you in, I did. I. She also stated she doesn’t have time to fix it and would have to schedule another appointment to fix my hair. I had to go to another salon and pay another $35 to have my hair cut again immediately leaving her salon. I will not recommend or refer anyone to Kindred salon.
