I came in for the first time ever for sauna on a Friday evening. An elderly woman took me back for a massage. I misunderstood, then realized it was massage and sauna – or so I thought. After the massage, there was no sauna treatment! I had just had a massage at another place the very same morning! The woman simply smiled and said no sauna was available (paraphrased). I feel very disappointed and misled. I wasted extra money for a second massage for the same day, and never got the sauna that I really needed for detoxification. I feel deceived and taken!
