Very Rude!!! Appt was at 11:15. We got there exactly at that time. Kim said to call next time we were going to be late. ???? Um ok.From there Kim and Michael’s attitude was just horrible. He did my nails and would move my hands and fingers roughly. He is not very good at doing them. He cut 8 of my fingers. 1 cut would not stop bleeding. They did not sanitize where we were at. My daughter was done and another lady went and sat where she had been. They didn’t spray down with lysol or anything. This experience was something I will not forget. I will never step foot in Kim’s again.

By far the best nail salon in town! Extremely friendly and courteous service! Customers are always greeted with a friendly Hello and offered a bottle of water. Kim does a fabulous job on my nails and Michael gives a fabulous pedicure with one heck of a massage! Silver City finally has a top notch Nail Spa!!!
