Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbsolutely horrible. Went there with my mom for a manicure and pedicure. Made an appointment and when we arrived, they were upset because they were expecting one person. Kept rushing us while picking out a color. Lady calls me back and never told me where to sit. When I finally sat down, she didn’t turn the water on. Walked off and started doing something else. The guy that was working on the other customers, finished and came to turn on the water. Grabbed the supplies and sat down. Barely worked on my toes and turned around to finish taking care of the ladies ahead of me. He took off their toe dividers and threw them in the cart. He went up front to cash them out. The whole time, he never took off his gloves. I had to ask him to change them. He finally sat down again and used the same toe dividers on me that he took off of the other people. Those ladies were probably pretty clean, but still it is absolutely disgusting. Had to ask him to change them. Clipped my toe nails and the skin around it over and over to where it started to hurt. Apparently I had an ingrown nail that I didn’t know about. It continued to hurt days after the appointment. When it came time to paint them, he didn’t even use my color. So he had to start over. Never completely cured the nail polish because I got gel. It was absolutely horrible. My mom got a gel manicure and the lady didn’t even take off the previous polish. Two days after getting them done, they started to chip.
