I’ve been going here for years they do great work. But last time we went owners husband and your lady doing my moms laughed and talked the whole time. Got alkward the laughing. This time owners husband said I didn’t need to change my polish. Than said I should buff my own feet before coming. They thought I had waited to long to come. So which is it you don’t need new polish or I should do the work myself?

I had dipped acrylic nails, walked in and asked for a fill. A man grabbed the drill bits and had to go ask another technician which one he should use. Then after roughing them up he had me soak my nails in acetone. THEY TOOK MY NAILS OFF. That is NOT what I wanted!!! A woman took over and asked if I wanted new nails on and I said no bc I didn’t have time for all that. I couldn’t believe it. So she painted my natural nails with gel and my bill was $30. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never go there again. Ever!

Staff is always very nice and they acknowledge you immediately upon walking in. I get the dip everytime I go and my nails will always last along time. They will do any design you ask for and my nails always turn out great.

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have been going to Kim’s for a year now. 2 times I was unhappy with my nails; by the time I went back for a fill those techs were no longer employees of Kim’s. In July, my bridal party of 6 went; my nails were stunning. Only complaint that day was the man who did my aunts pedi was extremely unfriendly and her pedi was not good. Fast forward to last week. I have been requesting Kim for months now; especially since Ann is no longer there. My nails look wonderful yet again, but I got cut 4 times. ( I think she was dozing off while working on my nails. I get it. People get exhausted. ) I’ll be back. I’ll always request Kim. If I could remember who did my wedding nails I’d see her too. No one is perfect; and if I have had a problem with my nails I have gone back in and gotten them fixed with no issue. I have been going to Kim’s for a year now. 2 times I was unhappy with my nails; by the time I went back for a fill those techs were no longer employees of Kim’s. I have been going to Kims every 2 to 3 weeks for over five years now. I loved them!!!! The last two times I’ve been in they have really disappointed me tho. I’ve shown them on my phone what I wanted and they really messed things up. And I’m not talking about something difficult here. Literally giving me the wrong color and told me it would look different with a top coat on and match the picture when it was all done. It’s as if they don’t have enough color selection or something. Anyways I was once a loyal customer and now I’m looking for a new nail place. Sad
