The last 3 shellac manicures I’ve gotten from here peeled in the first 2 days. The one girl didn’t even use shellac but charged me for it. And when I went back for them to fix the peeling and bubbling, they charged me. I had been coming here for years and it’s right by my house. Now I drive 20 minutes away for better quality!

Been going there pretty regularly for last two years but today was the last. Got my pedi, which was half hearted. When it came time for the mani, I soaked for 15 minutes, then a girl trimmed my nails and told me to soak. After 20 minutes of sitting and soaking I ended the visit. Like I said, been going there monthly for the last 24 months, now I have to find a new place.

That’s why I love Kim’s Nails. All employees are hard working and perform quality work. (My nails last an entire four weeks with no chipping or breakage.)

I had an appointment at 1030, came in at 1020 and had to wait until 1045 to be seated. Appointment was for a pedicure and full set, had me in pedicure chair for 1 hour while servicing other people. I finally put my shoes and on and walked out. Will never come back, what is the purpose of an appointment. Needed my nails done for a trip had a tight schedule. Hoping I can still get my nails done somewhere else. Didn’t even acknowledge me, wanted shellac couldn’t even look at the options. This is ridiculous

I absolutely LOVE this salon. Anytime I try out another place, I am disappointed and end up coming back here to see Tiffany to have them fixed! I have had a few other staff members do my shellac and dip in the past and have been happy with the outcome as well. If you call in advance for an appointment, they are always able to accommodate you.

Lindsey did a meticulous job on my nails. She has a soft touch, and was very kind. Jan gave my 7 year-old, granddaughter a Pedi, and Manicure. She was tickled. Jan was very gentle, and patient. I highly recommend their safe, clean, beautiful salon. You can not go wrong. Nice low-key atmosphere. My new, favorite Salon. Check it out!
