Shop was good before but it’s now state of art ! All is bright & clean & working. Nobody seemed to have a wait for their services. Cindy was incredible (!), I had a deluxe pedicure (worth every cent)! While my toes were drying under the UV lights I was asked if I wanted to have a back massage. It was Devine. I’ll be back !!! This morning, I went to Kim’s for the removal of a gel mani and to get a regular mani. When I left I noticed my manicure looked like a 3 yr old did it. The manicurist (a young lady) did not remove the gel entirely and neatly. Because of that, the polish on my mani was streaked, uneven and lumpy. Looked awful and because I’m going out of town, I needed it redone. Went to the salon I usually go to, where they made my nail bed nice and smooth. Of course I had to pay for another manicure. Won’t use Kim’s again.
