The nails are not very good detail also they charge 5 extra for every little thing like coffin shape 5$ long length 5$ ( mine are not even that long still had to pay ) my nails are bulky and very thick . Had been customer of this salon for many years through it’s various permutations of ownership. Experience of technicians varied widely in apparent abilities and seemed to change frequently. Several were quite excellent and definitely skilled at their craft. As a walk-in customer time estimates were usually significantly underestimated. They often did not open on time on Sunday mornings. Quit using their services when making reservations in an attempt to be seen in a timely fashion did not always seem to make a difference. Unfortunate.

I don’t know if I saw Kim or one of Kim‘s employees but whoever she was she totally outdid herself I cannot get a pedicure like this in Arlington Virginia for $45 let alone $25 for somebody who’s going to take the time to clean up the cuticles around my toes and the dead skin on the heels of my feet. I had my daughter with me and this lady took very good care of me and I felt very catered too. I held my little girl on my lap and this woman was so nice and so patient and after it all she picked up my daughter and carried her around for a little bit after tons of smiles. It was a gray salon day for my friend Jenn, my daughter and I.

I have managed to get my nails done ONE TIME at this place. It was great. I wish I could go back. HOWEVER, every time I try, THEY TELL ME TO COME BACK AN HOUR LATER OR MORE. I don’t have that kind of time. If there are exactly 2 workers and they are both busy, AND ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS WAITING, it’s best to just go somewhere else. If there is only one to be seen and they are busy, better just leave because she’s the only one there. TAKE DOWN THE WALK INS WELCOME SIGN IF YOU CAN’T ACTUALLY TAKE WALK INS.

I really like this nail salon , I haven’t really had to deal with rudeness here. My only complaint is the language barrier with some of the techs. Also I do wish they had more conversations like some of the other salons I’ve been to. Needless to say the work is good and it’s close to my house so that makes me a happy camper
