i went about a week ago and my nail lady did a great job on my acrylic toenails, but only a week later and they started to fall off. I wanted to like this place but i am now disappointed to see they only lasted a week?? Yes they grow out, but this was not grown out at all, it just popped right off. I feel like i wasted my money. I used to go this place ALL the time, my last experience was awful, I showed her a picture of the design i wanted she said she could do it and when she finished it looked NOTHING like the picture, I showed her another design that was easier, asked if she could do it and said said “ no” My mom got hers done the same day and 2 days later her nail broke past the skin and it hurts. Never again will I go here

I went twice and was not serviced after a long wait. First time i waited an hr. Second time a few days later I waited 30 mins and lady asked me to come back maybe some Other time because one of her appointments came in. She said it will be maybe an hr wait. I asked her when should I come back and she said another day. Very sad to be treated this way in 2019.
