Today was my first time going to Kim’s. I called yesterday to get an appointment for today. The young lady I spoke with said they where fully booked but she would see what she could do, I gave her my name and number. She called me this afternoon and told me she could squeeze me in for my natural nail mani. She did exactly what I asked for and offered an extra touch of sparkle and said she would fix it if I didn’t like it. Perfect!

I walked in on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised. It is true that this is a small shop however; that is part of its charm. Lily was my nail tech and it was one of the best pedicures I have had in months. This was my first visit but it will not be my last.

Very slow and I asked for long nails which I got shorter nails then my real nails were and they made my fingers look fat and stubby. They also didn’t speak at all during the 3 hour process of getting my toes done as well as my nails with the exception of asking every 30 minutes or so if I was ok.

Made an appointment…drove from out of town to appointment. Was told needed to wait 15 min, no worries sat outside on 2 chairs while raining..then 20 min after sitting, owner came out and says can you come back later, we have 2 others in front of you that just walked in. NEVER will go back, DO NOT recommend at all. Will pay extra to drive somewhere else. Poor management.
