I received a mani-pedi gift certificate for Christmas 2019. Then Covid hit. We couldn’t come until 2021 because of restrictions, our age and our health. There was no consideration for our situation. She already had the money, just not going to honor the certificate. I did talk her into doing just the pedicure, but she would NOT BUDGE on the whole thing. Aside from all that, she was extremely RUDE! Everybody loses.
