Don’t go here the owner Kim is very rude my friend went in for an acrylic set and she simply asked the owner Kim to make her nail more pointy and Kim looked At her rolled her eyes and said ” do you want to do it yourself” then tried to hand her the nail file. No matter what the customer is always right and if you do not listen to what THE CUSTOMER WANTS YOU SHOULD NOT OWN A BUISNESS . Over all a horrible experience my nails are all lopsided and very unprofessional

Bad experience when i came in she had no one in the shop i needed a new set of nails and old ones taken off she told me 40. When clearly on the wall it said 27 full set. She gave me a hard time about getting my nails filled instead of a new set. Then she just turned me away and said o i forgor i have a client comibf in ..i would not waste my time or money on this buisness

The first time I came to Kims Nails was because I went with my friend. I saw the price was good (25.00 for full set), so I decided to try. I got Nancy. She was very polite, and smiled a lot. I like the fact that she did not pressure me to talk, but if I did talk she would carry a conversation with me nicely even with english clearly being her second language. It made me feel like I could relax instead of having to talk, like I do with other nail stylists. I have to say, I was not expecting my nails to look that good because I’m picky, and the price. However, I told Nancy what I like as far as shape,thickness, and color, and unlike a lot of nail stylist that I have been too, whom get slightly annoyed if I act “picky”, but not Nancy, she would smile and do exactly what I asked, and even asked me if it was good enough. My nails ended up looking great. I know what I want and she didn’t act arrogant about it and I was one HAPPY CUSTOMER. I went back a second time and got Donna because Nancy wasn’t available, and I got the same GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Donna is a real pro with nails. She even put a acrylic on my big toe and she made it looks o natural and pretty. I was very impressed. I also like how thy offer other service like pedicure and leg massages for a very decent price. i feel comfortable with all the ladies but Nancy and Donna are my favorites. I am actually going there right now. I find that they are so busy but I mange to somehow always get in. They are quick but still do a good job. You just need to tell then how you like your nails if your peticular like me, otherwise they just do a good full set.
