I went in with a bad job from a previous visit to a different shop and left percent satisfied. I don’t remember the young ladies name, but it’s Kims daughter-in-law. She’s young, patient and has a fresh set of eyes. Thank you SOOO much!! After a closure from the pandemic Kim is looking forward to seeing her clients and welcoming the new ones.

Jenny is great with eyebrows. Kim tried to make my nails look how I wanted but in the end, there was excess nail polish on my nail beds. Very nice people though. Good prices.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I have been coming here for years to get our eyebrows done. Well today when we came in we were told to wait and we would be the next ones to get our eyebrows done. Kim’s daughter finishes up with her customer and then proceeds to take other customer that had just walked in. When I spoke up and said that we were next she said that the lady that walked in had an appointment. She didn’t even apologize or ask if we could wait. So we went right next door and got our eyebrows done without any wait and for cheaper.
