At this salon, I’ve received the best manicures (both on acrylics and natural nails) and pedicures I’ve ever had. I don’t understand how they have less than 4 stars because I’ve had multiple different technicians and they all have done amazing. My nails have lasted 3+ weeks every time! One thing that really stands out to me is the length of time they spend massaging on pedicures; they are high quality massages too!

My gel manicure turned out so cute! I couldn’t be happier! After my nail place cancelled last minute, I gave Kim’s a call for a walk in appt. They were very kind and the manicure was much quicker than I expected. Their nail salon is comfortable and has a relaxing aura, with soothing music in the background. They have an extensive color palate to choose from and are professional with the nail work. The pink color is perfect for Valentine’s day weekend!

Been here in the past without many issues, but the last time I went they just seemed very lazy about their work. I don’t know exactly who was doing my nails, but she was rough with my hands and I ended up with two cuts on the same finger, all of my nails are different shapes and lengths, the underside was not cleaned and I ended up having to file them to the shape I wanted at home. Along with all that, half of my nails aren’t even completely covered with clear polish so they feel rough to the touch. Very upset with the product I received the last time and I will not be returning.

Anne she said her name was. She had stiletto tips yet charged me 5 extra for filling down regular square coffin tips, i would have tipped her 20+ if not for her trying to tell me the polish would be 10 extra. Ughh. NOPE, WON’T BE BACK! P.S. I asked her to build them more because she barely put the gel powder on, because she was so busy talking to her co workers and laughing, I guess she didn’t get the memo,as I expected, my nails started breaking the second day. I wish I had better review, I’m sure they are great to certain people. But in the six different places I’ve been to in the last year it’s always the same thing. I decided I will just start doing my own nails, maybe open a small shop for the beauty queens that hate dealing with these inconvenient inconsistencies and just out right rudeness. I hope that this will be taken into consideration as constructive criticism and not feel like I’m just being sassy.I hope they grow and do their paying customers better, they would have high paying customers like myself as a loyal customer. Either way Good luck to these ladies.

I went here to get just a basic one-color gel manicure. The entire process felt rushed and was unpleasant. She did my gel manicure in 20 minutes, whereas everywhere else I’ve been, it usually takes 45 minutes to an hour. At first, I thought this was odd but figured they knew what they were doing. She had to remove a previous gel manicure and ended up filing too much off and hurting my natural nail bed. It was painful and uncomfortable the entire time. The end product looked fine when I walked out, but after further inspecting them, the nails are bumpy, discolored in some areas, and have bubbles. In the middle of my manicure, more people started coming into the salon, and they were getting very busy (people were waiting around the salon to be next in line). I could tell the nail tech and the other employees were getting stressed by the influx of people, yet they weren’t turning anyone away. This also caused the woman working on my nails to rush even more than she already was. Overall the employees were friendly, but they need to slow down and figure out how to manage time and customers better. Not impressed and will not be coming back.
