I went for a basic gel polished full set. While the girl was painting and setting my nails I realize that she did not get all the way to the edge. When I asked her to fix it she repainted all of my nails, which resulted in them all being super thick! When I made a comment about how unhappy I was she informed me that it was my fault because I asked for a second coat, when in fact all I asked for was for them to be fixed. Worst service ever, will never go back! Very unhappy with what should have been easy and basic nails.

Well, I’m a little disappointed because they had the most dip powder colors than any nail salon I’ve visited but, they didn’t have dark blue, “I know, right?” The entire staff seemed to be in the younger side; they did a lot of laughing and “schoolgirl” giggling. I already had a few parts of the nail completion job I didnt like, of which I asked if they would fix but, I purposefully omitted a couple for visual affects.

First time going here my daughter got her feet done. I got dip powder French tip nails, and eyebrows done. Service was great quick no wait time. I got exactly what I wanted. This place!!!! Asked for another coat to make it darker and the lady got up speaking another language, clearly angry and refused to do it. Gave it to a totally different lady that didnt do our pedicure to finish. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY RUDE. She embarrassed her coworkers…they repeatedly apoligized to us for her behavior. Spending $70+ should mean we get what we want but not here. Its a problem. We will never come back and spend our hard earned money to be treated like a waste of time!

I can’t say it enough about how much I love this place. I’ve been deployed for the last 2 years and I REFUSED to let anyone touch my feet. This is the only place I will every get my feet done. Just love the people and environment.

I was very disappointed with this nail salon. My daughter and I went in for pedicure, manicure and eyebrow waxing but they were so packed and rushing that they were pretty much pushing people through with the pedicures. $55 for deluxe package and this is what I leave with.

Usually they are a 10 out of 10 but this time my nails look horrible, they’re uneven and messy, and when I try to tell the person that was doing my nails, they tell me about it was just my finger, that they weren’t uneven and I have OCD so I’m know they are Acrylic nails

Do not waste your time on this nail salon you will not be satisfied and when all is said and done they will blame you for their colors not coming out right and will ask you to pay to fix there laziness. They are bullys to teens and college students to the point of tears and just overall not nice .I honestly can’t believe this place is staying open I’m sure if they don’t care about how your nails comes out they definitely don’t care about Cleanlinessin the salon so I would say good luck I hope nothing gets infected if you do decide to just go ahead but remember if you don’t like what they have don’t no refund and no help. DEFINITELY DOES NOT SOULD LIKE A RELAXING TIME FOR NAILS AND FEET! Pics below was supposed to be just dip on my own nails and a nice base color that is like a natural and purple on the tip. This is the end result. When we questioned her about this she said it was the colors I picked, witch did not look like that in the jar so now I have a orange base with almost whiteish tip. I asked can you fix it and the blame game started so really do your self a favor go anywhere else you will get better service there

I never post reviews but this is one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. The lady who painted my nails was really rude and she kept yanking my hand really hard. I was already having a bad day so I wasn’t trying to argue with anyone or complain, I just wanted my nails done but they honestly look like a 4 year old did them. I deal with a lot of customers on a daily at my own job so Ik it can be overwhelming but honestly I’m like the most patient customer ever I wouldn’t have mind if she took a while to do them but she finished them in like 20 minutes and it shows. I just feel like if you’re gonna be so rude at least do a good job. I wouldn’t recommend them at all the customer service and the regular service is bad.
