After trying countless places in the St. Cloud area, I am so glad I’ve settled at Kim’s Nails. By far the best, most consistent service I’ve ever gotten from a nail salon. My friend and I will always choose Kim’s, and highly recommend them for any nail service!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been there twice now and I love it! It doesn’t that acrylic smell some salons have, it smells fresh which is great because I’m a bit sensitive to smells. The first acrylic set that I did (which I don’t have a picture of) I got quite a bit of details and it looks so pretty they did a great job. Kim was just as excited as I was when Megan was finishing the designs. The pictures on screen or wants me and my friend it for fall, we got matching ones. Kim was super awesome while doing my nails and, again, was also excited to see how it turned out! I’ve been there twice now and I love it! It doesn’t that acrylic smell some salons have, it smells fresh which is great because I’m a bit sensitive to smells. The first acrylic set that I did (which I don’t have a picture of) I got quite a bit of details and it looks so pretty they did a great job. Every nail artist should do the exact same services as the other. I was asked whether or not I wanted deluxe or not and was treated poorly after. Me and my friend came in and received different services for the same exact mani/pedi. She received more massage, oils, and careful attention than I did. Two days after getting my gel manicure it has already chipped. Quality regardless or price and packages should be important to keep customers.

Critical: ValueIt’s a nice shop but I think it’s outrageous on how they price their services especially when it’s not even that friendly. It cost me $50 for these nails and they’re SHORT with NO DESIGNS! They charge you for length on top of whatever design you want to do (I’ve never seen that before). I honestly shouldn’t have paid for these it’s ridiculous. I have gotten nails with WAYYY more and incredibly longer for the same price and I will not make the same mistake. Love this place!! out of all nail places in the St. cloud area, i definitely recommend. especially Kim, she takes her time with application and design. everything is super clean and organized. these people know what they are doing and i will keep coming back for years to come. you should check it out if you are in need of a great nail place!!

Did really good! Definitely recommend. There was a gal that started on my nails before someone else finished them but she was really sweet and gentle and made sure it wasn’t hurting me! She took her time and made me comfortable. Great job girl!
