Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am highly disappointed with my experience. I requested the powder dip nails however the tech seemed highly unskilled with this type of manicure. They were too thick, too wide at the ends, and there were areas that were missed altogether. She also missed steps of the manicure.I pointed these flaws out to the tech and she grabbed my hand and firmly put it back on the table and told me to be still. I informed her I was unhappy and she began to mumble Vietnamese under her breath. I could not get out of there quick enough.I am highly disappointed with my experience. They were too thick, too wide at the ends, and there were areas that were missed altogether. I’ve been coming to Kim’s nails on an off for 5years because I work so much. But everytime I come she keeps the same energy. She so sweet an genuinely cares about her customers. Even will help you pick a color or come up with cool ideas for your nails if you need help deciding . Most other nail shops I go to seem racist but not Rose she don’t treat anybody differently. Any issue or problem you have with your nails she is happy to fix pedicure also if you have any issues she always offers a solution She’s just the sweetest that’s why I always come back. She always remembers names and ask about your family and holds good conversation. Other nail shops charge for length an shape. Kim’s only charges 5 dollars extra for length and that’s nothing compared to others I’ve paid in the past. Kim’s is a nice reasonable sweet environment. Don’t believe everything you hear come an see for yourself. They only take cash app and cash it’s been like that for awhile . Come try Kim’s nails

I’ve been seeing Rose for the last 4 years and she’s fantastic. Don’t let any negative reviews scare you. She genuinely cares about her clients and remembers everyone! She knows I’m very particular about my nails and she’s the only person I trust to touch them. She’s definitely opinionated about the colors she wants us to use- which is great because I’m indecisive! I love it! They’re cash/check only which sometimes throws people off but has never been an issue for me. This place is a gem!

I have been going to Kim nails for over a year. I really loved the fact that you can make appointments. It went well for a while until about 3 different times my appointments were not being acknowledged! Double booked twice another time appointment not put in the book. Rose the manager appears to be somewhat racist!! I don’t like the way she treats her employees as if they’re beneath her. I had a appointment with Hannah, very sweet and does AWESOME work. During my appointment Rose had a white customer to come in with her young daughter, mom needed a pedicure daughter manicure. A tech was late and Rose herself apparently felt she was to good to do the lady’s pedicure and asked me if she could do my nails and pull Hannah to do the pedicure. I told her no because I love the way Hannah does my nails. She was aggravated and I DID NOT CARE!! She scares her employees but does not scare me, because you’re the manager DOESNT mean you can do my nails the way I like them. I’m not fond of Rose as a person anyways!! The next time I tried to get appointment she told me my nails would be $5 more because of the shape and length. I had never been told that EVER!! Rose called herself getting back at me for not letting her do my nails. She even told my sister which is her customer that she’s going to give my sister and he daughters a discount but charge me more. She’s messy, racist and unprofessional!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!

I moved to Memphis in 2019 and have been to several nail shops and after a few try’s they did not meet my expectations. I google Kim’s Nails last year and have been going since then. Fast service you don’t wait long even if you walk in. They remember you and your family. Clean , friendly, reasonable prices and they have the best service. If I could I would give them 100 stars bc it’s worth it !!!!!!!!
