Critical: QualityNails look horrible. I came here couple times previously and they did ok with eyebrows but my last time I came I got my nails done and they was rushed, it was done by the man there, I showed him a picture exactly how I wanted them he did the opposite the nail shape was wrong he didn’t even try to look at the picture to see how I wanted it he went off his own instinct.. then after a couple days having them 2 nails popped off after spending $100 I went back to them and the same man fixed it smh, couple days after the nail fix 2 more popped off I’m highly upset..I have to work in a professional environment and it’s wrong when you spend so much money to look nice and they treat your nails like it’s nothing now I have to hide my hands cause I don’t want anyone to see how ugly my nails are..can’t wait to get a fresh new manicure and get these ugly nails off me, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!Service: Gel manicuresNails look horrible. Nails look horrible. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI love this place!!! This is my 3rd time going there. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Amy is super sweet and will do her best to make sure that you’re happy and satisfied with your service. Jimmy is amazing, he does great work. I love how he does my ombre sets. I don’t remember the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she was wonderful, took her time to make sure my feet and toes were done perfect. I love this place!!! This is my 3rd time going there. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Amy is super sweet and will do her best to make sure that you’re happy and satisfied with your service. Jimmy is amazing, he does great work. I love how he does my ombre sets. Critical: ProfessionalismSo, I have gone there a few times. A week ago, I went in for a fill in. The man there did my previous set as well as the fill in. I showed him a picture of what I wanted a week ago and they came out perfect! I was extremely happy with the set even though I noticed that these nail salons are using such a thin layer of acrylic. Exactly a week after, a nail broke. Ago no big deal. I’ll just go and get it fixed. I went to the nail salon asked for the guy and was told that he would be back in 15-20 minutes. I was willing to wait or come back seeing that I did tip him $20 I’m thinking he wouldn’t have an issue fixing it but a woman said that she would fix it. BEFORE SHE STARTED I TOLD HER THAT I WAS JUST HERE A WEEK AGO. Once she finished she said $5 ok. Now I don’t think it’s fair because I just spent money and it’s not my fault. I’ve never had a nail break in a weeks time. But I said this is why I wanted the guy. She ended up telling me that she does not want to deal with it so if I don’t want to pay then don’t. It’s not that I didn’t want to pay it’s just right Is right. Any other salon I’ve been to , would have been happy to fix it. I proceed to get ready to pay because she did fix something that was not her mistake but…. When I put my card in the machine, I took it out too soon. This is where it goes bad, she proceeds to snatch my card out of my hand. At that point I was done. I was beyond mad. Now i left and sat in my car mad but my BF was on the phone with me and on his way there to meet me. Even after what she did, I still wanted to pay because I’m not someone looking for anything free But she was wrong. Once my BF pulled up he went in and payed the $5.
