I had to wait 30 minutes to get my eyebrows waxed. Now it was a weekend and I understand it gets busy so okay, but when she did it she was rushing. I’m just as important as your other customers even if I’m not getting a full set or pedicure at the time. Then, she took too much off on one side because of her rushing. Gave me $2 off. Guess I’ll use those $2 to buy a pencil to draw in the rest of my eyebrow. Not going back!!!

Kim and Kelly are the best. Kim can get you in and out in no time. No wonder she has several stores. Kelly has the ability to do any design you come up with. Nails look fabulous when they are done. I’m there every two weeks like clockwork. Never disappointed when those two do my nails.

My 85 year old mother my daughter and I I’m going there since they opened. And sure once in a while getting a tough cuticle Anyone who gets a pedicure or manicure can tell you It happens. Kim is a wonderful person in her staff is well trained. Don’t let that 1 bad post stop you from going there!!

Absolutely horrible please do not go here, I waited for hours and all they did was put my feet in water and cut a whole in my toenail and still tried to charge me. I would never recommend this place, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, the shop it’s self is disgusting and they wouldn’t give me a new file even tho I asked for one. This place is a nightmare
