If I could give 20 stars I would!!! This was my first time visiting Kim’s Nails. I came in 10 minutes before they closed (because of a nail emergency) and they still happily chose to do my nails despite me being a first time customer. They didn’t seem phased by the complicated design I showed them and didn’t complain once about spending an extra 40 minutes past closing time to make sure my nails were perfect and that I was happy. My nail technician was Holly and she executed the nails I wanted perfectly. Holly, the other nail technician that was there, and the man behind the front desk were extremely friendly and kind. They made me feel more than welcome and even made conversation and jokes to pass the time so that my 40 minute appointment felt like 5 minutes. I got a $60 dollar design and they only charged me $55. In addition they also gave me a $5 coupon for my next appointment!! I will definitely make this my new go to salon!

Horrible experience in total. My pedicure lasted about 10 minutes. The lady barely scrubbed my feet. The paint job was uneven. Now my NAILS? The lady was very rude when I would point out the mistakes in her work. She left my nails uneven and I still have color from my last manicure. There is glue all over my nails, the tips of my nails aren’t even painted, she cut me, and my nails are either crooked or different lengths on each hand. When I told her I didn’t like it and wanted her to fix it, she walked away and began someone else nails. Completely unprofessional. I HATE my nails and even when she “fixed” them I kept telling her they are still crooked. Yet she kept saying “no they look beautiful.” I cannot believe I had to pay for these horrible nails. I got them done for a wedding and now I have to go to another salon to fix it. Ridiculous.

I usually don’t ever leave a review despite how unsatisfied I am, but this nail salon deserves nothing but a 1 star, the staff is not polite or welcoming at all, the person that did my nails did the opposite of what I wanted… they are not professional at all, not to mention their crazy prices, definitely won’t be coming back

I called and made an appointment here for 3:00 and waited two whole hours to be seated! When they finally sat me down at 5:00 at night, the lady rushed to do my nails while also getting up for 15-20 minutes at a time taking care of other people/ things around the store. At the end they left the gel on my skin and burned me when I went to dry them. My nails have never looked worse. If I could rate them a 0 star I would. I’ll never go back!

Critical: QualityI was here last Friday 08/06/2021 for a gel manicure, it was my first time ever coming here and I came because of the good reviews.The salon itself was clean, and they had a vast selection of colors to choose from which was wonderful.However, the woman who did my nails rushed through my manicure, she didn’t even soak my hands, and barely cut my cuticles when they needed it. When she filed my nails to shape them they were all uneven. My daughter absolutely loved Dana.. she said that Dana was so nice and sweet! The place smelled so nice, not like most salons where the moment you walk through the door and get smacked in the face with chemical smells. My daughter absolutely loved Dana.. she said that Dana was so nice and sweet! About 2 years ago , I went back there because I had a gift certificate. I wanted a pedicure and mani with gel polish. The lady talked me into a spa pedi, rushed the whole thing and didn’t even use the warm towels or rocks. Eyebrows done , they were ok, not great, she was so fast, didn’t even use the tweezers for strays. Manicure was awful, didn’t even put the cream on cuticles before cutting , very rough with the scissors and files, hurt like helll, the whole procedure was not relaxing at all? Did not smooth my thumbs nails,, noticed when I got home there’s an uneven piece of nail hitting my skin.no warm towel on hands , used one that was sitting there. Cold, slightly damp. Need to go back and have them file my thumb nails

i will never come here ever again .. i had a bad experience. first of all they didn’t do them how i asked them . it looks nothing like the picture i showed them , they are sloppy .. they rush through everything and they will have the other ladies over your shoulder the whole time . NEVER AGAIN . i paid $75 for nails that did not come out right and they were rushed through .
