Critical: ProfessionalismMan o Man. This was a terrible visit to the nail salon and I didn’t even get my nails done!I walked into this place for the first time today and Im new to the area so this was my attempt to find my new go to nail place. I was booked with a women that didn’t want to work, I guess. I walked over to her station and I guess I was interrupting her Netflix show. She sighed once I sat in her chair and put the phone away. I asked her if everything was ok and I what I needed done. She asked another worker there to do it but she was already busy with someone else. The attitude, the body language, the eye rolling was messed up. I didn’t let her touch my nails. I walked out after getting her name. Supposedly she goes by “Sashia”. The older women that was there seemed so sweet so I won’t say the place itself is terrible. Just avoid Sashia with the glasses if you can. Or maybe go when she isn’t watching her shows. I have been getting my nails done at Kim’s Nails for the past 15 years. Jimmy does amazing work. Each and every time, Jimmy does a great job. He always does what I ask and also comes up with wonderful suggestions. I also have my pedicure done by Jimmy or Houng – beautifully done. I will not go anywhere else. I love them!!!!!
