I would give them zero stars if I could. I would not recommend going there for acrylic nails because of the way they had done it was streaky. the shape of it all was just off like one was slanted towards a different direction and others were straight out it’s slanted different way. I also asked her to do stiletto nails and she said she didn’t know how to do those nails and instead she did almond but it looks really bulky it just looks really not professional. They didn’t use enough acrylic powder either they snapped off the same day.

Clean service. This is all that matters. They changed the equipment and they hid bibs for the sink4 stars because they have a menu for spa treatments and I wasn’t offered one. I would’ve enjoyed the extra service.

I’m the past few years the quality of their services has continually diminished. About a month ago, I decided to give them another chance and had the worst, most painful pedicure of my life. I did not say anything to the tech as I was trying to be nice. I did tell the owner, who promised me that that next time I came back, I would get excellent service, whenever I came in, if I had an appointment or not. Today I decided to give it another shot and see if they were good to their word. They were not. I will preface this to say they owner was not there. I believe possibly his daughter was. I explained the situation to her. She basically stared at me with a blank stare and told me I would have to wait a half hour because everyone was busy. Okay, I get it, I didn’t have an appt. However, there we’re at least two techs who I saw who were not busy. So then she tells me to make an appt. I said for when, a half hour from now, and she said, no, for tomorrow. So which is it, a half hour or tomorrow? She seemed perplexed when I posed this question to her. I try to visit local businesses whenever I can, but this is the last time it will ever attempt to patronize kim’s nails. As I said above, the quality of service has been diminishing for several years. I only went back today, to give them a last chance and let them keep their word, that I would get excellent service, NO MATTER WHEN I CAME IN. I am not one to write bad reviews, but, I strongly would not recommend this place.

If I could give this a salon a zero I would. Not only did these people mutilate my fingers and absolutely destroy my nails beds but also they cut my fingers with the filler. All I wanted was an almond shape acrylic set with simple nail polish and I got a nightmare. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. These picture depict after my nails where done and after I demanded them be taken off. Beware of Julie.

Horrible, My fingers were sore, the guy they have doing nails clearly doesn’t know what he is doing.. I asked for gel they put regular and charge me I told the owner he laughed because his employee painted my nails like a kid the ladies even tried to fix it but it wasn’t nothing they can do I WILL NEVER SEND ANYMORE PPL HERE NOR WILL I EVER GO BACK!!!!! THE next day my polish came off both nails and feet waist of money coming here don’t waist your time

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueWent to get a acrylic set and I don’t think they even own the acrylic powder.. she just put a gel base on my nails. My nails came out badly shaped and bumpy. Lady did not even prep my cuticles or anything before we started. She also just pulled out non disinfected tools from her drawer and used a old nail file on me!! I paid $80 for bumpy uneven nails and for her to use unsanitary tools on me.
