Every time I come here I leave with EXACTLY what I ask for. Also, this place is SO BUSY but I’ve never been turned away as a walk-in. The girls in here are really good at this & all of them are very nice. It’s gotta be hard being this busy for your entire workday 6 days per week. I really commend their dedication & hard work. This was my first time here and this place was great!! My nail tech Kimmy was amazing and did exactly what I asked! I had an appointment and got taken right in. I felt that Kimmy was very efficient but not rushed at all and such a reasonable price for a full acrylic set! I will definitely be back, if you are in the Enfield area please try Kim’s!!

i’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience! i always make an appointment with nu and my appointment time is always honored. the longest i’ve ever had to wait after my scheduled time was just like 10-15 minutes… ample parking, nice environment, sweet staff, i look forward to my visits every time

The worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. My nails came out horrible. The lady did a whole gel “manicure” in literally 15 minutes like she was in some huge rush. Didn’t even let my nails dry between coats. Never going back. I could’ve done way better at home. I was also getting them done for my sisters wedding and now I’m so embarrassed. I knew I should’ve walked out when I saw one of the nails techs walk out of the bathroom without washing her hands and when the person I made my appointment with online didn’t even do my nails.

Critical: ProfessionalismBefore I say anything, I want to make it clear that some of the nail artists here are genuinely talented and kind. However, the most recent experience I had was horrible and I won’t be going back. Although I had an appointment, I waited 30 minutes and got a different nail tech than who I booked with. Lynn used a cuticle clipper to twist and pull my gel nails off, which is not how it’s ever been done for me. It hurt extremely bad, and when I told her that, she rolled her eyes at me and got irritated. Once the nails were off, she didn’t even finish filing my nails, she just got up and moved on to someone else without telling me if I was done. I attached a photo of what my nails looked like after I left, and they’re still extremely sore from her ripping the fake nails off. The treatment I got was extremely unprofessional, and I won’t be going back. Although I had an appointment, I waited 30 minutes and got a different nail tech than who I booked with. This place is awesome! I definitely recommend you make an appointment. Pretty busy, but the place is really clean and they are fast. We got my now fiancée nails here and they looked great for the engagement pictures. Definitely recommend.

Really disappointed – I got my nails done with a pink gel polish and three days later the color started to fade while I was on vacation, and they faded into a streaky/ ombre white that looked terrible. I got back from the trip and went right there and they told me I had ruined them by using bleach (I had not been anywhere near bleach) and did not offer to refund or fix them, so I had to pay for them to be fixed. Not only did Kim’s nails ruin my proposal pictures with white streaky nails from their defective polish, but they also refused to anything to right the situation. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would advise you to do the same.

It was ok over all. Good on timing. Workwise not so much. Asked for gel full set but shaping wasn’t great. I was asked if it was ok and when i asked to trim off more, it was barely done and person started talking to herself (god knows what). Also, the pedicure, i had an appointment booked with kim and someone else did the pedicure. Charged me $10 more than what their site mentioned. They shouldn’t charge a penny extra than what their site mentions. They need to go in details with what will be included for that service and price like the ones for pedicures. Also, i thought pedicure was rushed through. Over all it was an ok experience. Would go there only if absolutely needed. They don’t also mention about payments. They would like cash over creditcard to avoid cc fees

Worst manicure I have ever had. Technicians not experienced and don’t care. Made an appointment. They had me wait 30 min. Then a lady came and rushed on my dip manicure.(The color is white and it turned yellow a day later and no I didn’t cook or anything I got my nails done at night and the next morning was on a plane to go on vacation)She rushed through the whole process and didn’t even clean the dust off from the dip powder. She threw a hand lotion and said “done”. I wouldn’t recommend at all there are so many other places in Enfield. See picture below for color and horrible cuticle job. She didn’t even push my cuticles down.
