They were able to fit me in last minute for a walk in mani/pedi. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was rushed and unprofessional. She pushed not once, but twice for me to get gel nails but I declined (I keep my nails short for work and only need them done for an event, how long they last doesn’t matter to me). I just got my nails done somewhere else (I’m moving and nowhere near Medford), and it reminded me that I need to write a glowing review for Kim’s! Kim is amazing and so patient. Usually she is there by herself and she always tries her hardest to fit me in and do my nails exactly how I like them. Each time they lasted 2 entire weeks (gel manicure).

Had to check this place out as I just moved to the neighborhood. I called 15 minutes before I arrived and didn’t wait at all. She did an excellent job and my nails looked fantastic! One of my nails started feeling really flimsy a few days later, as if it were going to break. I stopped by earlier today to see if there was anything she could do. She removed the polish, added a strong base coat, and repainted my nail. It feels so much stronger now!!! Thank goodness for the wonderful ladies at Kim’s Nails!

Been going here for 7 years!! The owner is TIEN…she is great with gel manicures. PING does my pedicures. CARLY IS THE ACRYLIC/GEL OVERLAY WIZ as far as I can tell…everyone else is very nice also just not sure of names!!

Very rude! Rec’d a gift card, thought i lost it, called to see if any record such as number on card. Was told no, it was a loss.. Later found gift. Sure enough, it had a date and number. It would have bee very easy for kim to track. Instead, not helpful. then called to make as appointment, she said no because i did not show up for appointment. NOT TRUE! I canceled the appointment at the time i lost my card. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
