Service was okay. Pedicure wasn’t spectacular at all. My toenails were cut too short and all look different. For my set, they could only do ombre with powder and then told me they didn’t have the color on my toes. Index and middle finger are crooked after removing the initial crooked ones. Tech was patient in redoing the glitter. I appreciate that. Overall, I would try again if I were in a bind but that’s it.

They are so rude. I asked a simple question and it is possible that he didn’t understand what I was asking and instead of him getting someone else he walks off. I asked him if that was the usual response and he said yes. I didn’t appreciate that especially when I’m a paying reoccurring customer. Very unprofessional establishment and it hasn’t been the same since the original Kim left. I don’t appreciate this type of service where I spend my money.

Here at this moment getting a Pedicure been coming here for awhile trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m absolutely fed up with this place! They want to charge me $6 a toe to apply a thin layer of acrylic on a couple of toes that they chipped while removing gel polish. The technician is being rude and talking in their language amongst each other as if I’m not paying you my hard earned money and for your services. I’m completely over this place & their poor work and funky attitudes! They need to understand that I’m paying them and not the other way around & the customer is always right especially if I know what I want!!!!!!

Came today to get a fill in and pedicure for first time and I won’t be back. I’m not a complainer but I really hate getting bad service and therno repercussions. As I was getting a fillin the young boy who was doing my nails was very careless he cut me on both my middle and ring finger. The ring finger was worse enough to bleed and he bypassed it as if it wasn’t bleeding. I had to ask him to stop service so I could tend to it. The next incident has happened at the pedicure station the water wasn’t warm which I spoke about and the made it room temperature. Then when it came to my cut down I got knicked for the third time. Thankfully this didn’t cause any bleeding or constant discomfort. Due to the service I won’t be back, I purposely didn’t leave a tip , which I’m sure they didn’t care. Overall i only gave one star because of nail color.

Today is April 13, 2022 I went to Kim’s Nail and Spa on Wednesday a very rainy day. I walked in and asked for Someone who was professional to do my nails. Because 2 1/2 years prior they gave me a young man that did my nails and he did not know what he was doing but I paid anyway. So I decided to give them another chance but to be clear as to what I wanted in service. I said I do not want to be a Guinea pig. I want a professional somebody who knows what they’re doing. So I sat there and waited 15 minutes. The guy that is a professional that sits in the front was done with the woman’s nails. So I knew I was next. I waited another 15 minutes thinking that he was on break. I asked Alex where is the other guy. He said over there. To my shock and horror he was sitting there watching TV and I guess decided that he was not going to do my nails because I asked for a professional and I did not want to be a guinea pig and I wanted someone who knew what they was doing. I refused the other Young Man’s service because of what happened 2 and half years prior. So I guess this made them refuse ME!!! I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!! NOT EVEN AN ENEMY!!!!

I visited this place yesterday evening 2/10 around 5:30. I was coming in for lashes( my fist time). I heard of Kim nails but never been happen to just drive past and decided to go in. However, I believe her name is Nyla and her customer service was terrible. I didn’t get a greeting and after doing my fist eye her attitude switched. She didn’t do a good job and was very nasty. I told her I will be definitely doing a review. It’s crazy you guys are in our neighbor hood and taking our money but wanna be rude, We are the reason your lights on. Terrible place to go too and you can see for yourselves w/ these reviews listed. I didn’t check their reviews until I was in chair. Also, she wasn’t trying to fixed my lash or take anything off.
