Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFinally found the best nail salon in town! I call them around 5 pm on a Tuesday hoping they will take a walk-in and they welcome me right away! I was in so much pain for the last few days from one of my “Acrylic injuries”, told them about it and oh my goodness my nail tech Is a life saver!! Finally found the best nail salon in town! I call them around 5 pm on a Tuesday hoping they will take a walk-in and they welcome me right away! I was in so much pain for the last few days from one of my “Acrylic injuries”, told them about it and oh my goodness my nail tech Is a life saver!! My favorite place for a pedicure or manicure. The manicure is simply outstanding. The spa pedicure is definitely worth the additional $7. Kim’s Nail and Spa recently upgraded their massage chairs, and they are the best spa chairs I have experienced. The staff are always friendly and remember their customers by name quite frequently. The business is always immaculately clean. I have been here several times when they are extremely busy and I have had none of the problems nor witnessed any of the issues mentioned in some of the negative reviews. I question the authenticity the one star reviews.

Was a walk in this weekend. They were all very nice and helpful but it was super unsanitary. I got a pedicure that was very rushed (they were busy and I understood that and waited patiently for my turn). They barely rinsed tools used on my feet or they rinsed them in my foot water before putting them back into the bucket to be used on the next person (I watched it happen). I also noticed after my pedicure while waiting on a friends manicure that they barely wiped down my foot bath pool for the next person. While the quality was ok, I felt unclean.

I don’t see them disinfect the pedicure area. They just rinse in, they are kinda slacking on the second paint coat. The biggest thing is the disinfecting, step up your game!! Pedicure

I’ve been to the majority of salons around town, and always end up back here. All of the staff members are so sweet. They have stayed open late numerous times to finish up with my services. The ladies I go to all know my family, and my friends that go with me, and I all by name. Their prices are great, especially for what they do. I recommend Kim’s to anyone that asks about nail services.
