I sent my daughter here for a manicure. They drilled a hole in her nail that has become infected. They charged her 3 times what they told her they would. They would not speak to me so now I am going to the Office of the Professions to make sure they clean up their act. I can’t post a photo, but I’ll try again.

Over priced. I went here to get a nail fixed that broke and a color change, the owner was trying to charge 30 bucks when my regular nail salon in the mall, charges me 5-6 for a fix and 10–15 for a color change. my girlfriends family used to go to them like religion and stopped going because the price is always changing and the tipping through the roof. they make you feel like you have to tip a lot when the work is not that good to begin with. i have gotten a full set done here as well and didn’t come back until this time when-my nail broke because they were local and i was in a rush, but i originally stopped going because when they did my full-set my cuticles were all cut up and throbbing. no more though so far all of my friends and family have stopped going there!

I have mixed emotions about this place because their service is sometimes good and sometimes bad. They are not consistent. I also do not like that the owner is annoying and badgering when it comes on to tips. I tip based on service, if you do a great job I’ll give a great tip etc. Now I normally give appx. 12-15% but the service depends on what you’ll get tip. The owner will tell you sometimes “Oh $5 tip is a good tip. They did a good job.” Even if they didn’t and she does this as soon as you go up to her desk to pay. I hate feeling pressured to give a tip amount. I think it’s out right rude. That said, the place is nicely decorated and is very clean. Go there and check it out for yourself. Your experience maybe different.

Apprehensive about doing my nails because of the length and nail art. They discriminate against people with long nails and nail art. I was made to feel uncomfortable. Technicians looking at my nails, making faces and telling me that I need to cut my nails! Horrible! All of the nail salon’s in Fleetwood share the same views and practices.

Such a horrible place . Faking to be professionals .I had painful pedicure at this place and they did not care about my comfort level at all . When it came to pay the bill given to me was different to what I was told earlier .dont be fooled and save your money instead go to a professional place.

My experience at this was horrible . I was asked for a tip forcefully after paying for the services . The lady asked me specific amount of tip even though i refused to pay high tip the lady litterally wanted to snatch my credit card from my hand .I will never recommend this place to anyone such a disappointment and my day ruined !!
