Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI wanted to like this place so bad the lady was nice but the professionalism was horrible. I wanted to find a place that’s cheaper then my original salon so I had called a few days ahead for a 3 person appointment at 3:30. She had made appointments for two other people during the same time as our appointment ♀️ I’m sorry but my nails looks nothing like the picture and my original nail tech could’ve done a way better job for a little bit more money. I would’ve gone there if they would be able to take 3 people but they couldn’t. The owner also was taking the other lady before my aunt had even gotten her nails started. When I had called she never told me there would only be 2 people working!!!! I could’ve called a professional place for the same price but I didn’t take the appointment because there was only 2 people working. I’m disappointed I wanted to like them. I wanted to find a place that’s cheaper then my original salon so I had called a few days ahead for a 3 person appointment at 3:30. This place is awful. The area to wash your hands smells like mildew. On top of that they are very unprofessional. I had an appointment for 12pm with Kim, I got there and when I walked in Kim wasn’t there. Another lady said I called kim and cancelled even though my name was written in the books. I will never go back. The nail quality is not the best. Don’t waste your time.

I went here last Wednesday in a hurry and new to the neighborhood. She never even cut my cuticles or pushed them back. Just immediately began the dip process and they are so insanely thick and WIDE from her not filing in between like everywhere else I go. I’m genuinely disappointed and sad I wasted $50. She was incredibly friendly and sweet, but wow, never again.
