The staff was nice, and took my walk in quick. I had never gotten my nails done there before. But I needed them done quickly. These are my nails 6 days later. This was a brand new set. Gel as well. They were uneven and not placed correctly from the beginning. I knew before I even left that the sparkle nail was going to lift. She said it was fine. I paid $75 plus a $10 tip for these and toe polish. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be going back.

The owner is super nice but since she was in a rush she did not do good at all. I had to take my daughter to another place so that her nails actually looked good for homecoming

Critical: Quality, Value$75 for a pedi and powder dip nails. Not even a manicure just literally dipped my nails. My toes look like I could have painted them better, my heels are still rough she barely scrubbed them. My nails are filed awful, uneven, crooked. And they look like a bubble on top. I could have thrown $75 out the window with better results painting my nails at home. Now I have to go somewhere tomorrow and have them done again.$75 for a pedi and powder dip nails. My experience at Kim’s was a very good one. I love the little dog. She is so sweet! Everyone was very friendly and my nails look great. I will definitely being going back. It was my first visit!

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityHad a pedicure done and now the sides of my big toes are in a lot of pain. Throbbing. Place didn’t appear clean. Polish was not put on evenly. One toe had a bunch of air bubbles in it. I would not recommend this place.

I only came here to get a set of acrylic nails taken off when the salon I got them at didn’t have an appointment available. Coming here was the worst decision I could have made. The man who took them off, Lee, was very rough. All that he used was a pair of cuticle nippers and a few of the fake nails they put on before the acrylics. I say a few because he used them to get between my nail and the acrylic so once they bent he had to use another one. He then ripped the acrylic off often taking some of my own nail with it. Now I have rips and holes in my nails and it was quite painful. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent there for a gel manicure, they seem to not know what they are doing. None of their tools are sterile they don’t use gloves, nor clean the work area. The nail tech told me not to wash my hands nor use soap apparently the gel polish would come off. I don’t live here nor would I ever return to this salon. Poor service and lack of knowledgeService: ManicureWent there for a gel manicure, they seem to not know what they are doing. They often hurt me when doing my nails and I’m not sensitive at all. Last time I went I got the gel nails that change colors with your ‘mood’ or temperature of your nails. The polish was bad and I ended up with terrible looking polish on top of nails that had been filed down way too far.
